McGrath's diet plan together with his weight training, mental attunement, and cardio programs offer an intermediate to advanced fitness program that will give you Para confidence and the ability to tackle McGrath's Five Para Challenges, including a 10-mile run carrying a 35 lb backpack, a 16-mile hike carrying a 45 lb backpack in under 4 hours, and an assault course through icy waters and hilly, muddy terrain.

About the Author
Sam McGrath was the youngest soldier to achieve the rank of major since the Second World War and has been running the selection course for the crack Parachute Regiment for the last three years. In his spare time he organizes the Para 10 - a 10-mile charity race which anyone can enter as long as they are prepared to run in combat boots while carrying a rucksack. This year he also completed the Bob Graham Round for Help for Heroes, an endurance challenge in which participants climb 42 peaks in the Lake District with a combined vertical ascent of 27,000ft over 72 miles in just 24 hours.

Good workout guide

I read many workout guides in college and what I like about the European military is that they put an emphasis on overall fitness and cardio not as much on bulk. This book does just that. You will most likely not learn anything new but the worksheets he suggests and exercises/exercise challenges are fun to complete. I like the blend of narration and instruction, and he himself notes that these two are important for a successful book in the introduction.
I would recommend this without reservation.

Its very entertaining story..I like it so much

Its a nice book for reading . This book will spice up your life. The book contained a couple of rough oral sex and anal sex scenes. This book here tells a gay Romance story. I suggest this one for mature readers as it contain some explicit sexual contents . Jordan and Steve , basketball players , are the main characters in this story. This is those people's story, tells the relationship between them . The characters are also well developed and have great chemistry with each other, which makes it really good to read. The book is all about catharsis, so grab this book--you'll need them both for the sex scenes and the sobbing that happens so pages.The writer is very well and text is very smooth. Recommended it!

There is some addiction that comes with reading this book.It is a book filled with suspense,love and hot romance scenes but overall it is also a good read and i am glad i got to read this book.Jordan and Steve already knew who they were and how they were but Brian was only trying to discover himself and have a taste of some college boy romance.The author is a good character picker and an amazing writer.

Using a comprehensive evaluation of recent archaeological findings, Avni addresses the transformation of local societies in Palestine and Jordan between the sixth and eleventh centuries AD. Arguing that these archaeological findings provide a reliable, though complex, picture, Avni illustrates how the Byzantine-Islamic transition was a much slower and gradual process than previously thought, and that it involved regional variability, different types of populations, and diverse settlement patterns.

Based on the results of hundreds of excavations, including Avni's own surveys and excavations in the Negev, Beth Guvrin, Jerusalem, and Ramla, the volume reconstructs patterns of continuity and change in settlements during this turbulent period, evaluating the process of change in a dynamic multicultural society and showing that the coming of Islam had no direct effect on settlement patterns and material culture of the local population. The change in settlement, stemming from internal processes rather than from external political powers, culminated gradually during the Early Islamic period. However, the process of Islamization was slow, and by the eve of the Crusader period Christianity still had an overwhelming majority in Palestine and Jordan.

About the Author

Gideon Avni is the Head of the Archaeological Division in the Israel Antiquities Authority and a lecturer at the Institute of Archaeology at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem. His academic interests focus on various aspects of Classical, Late Antique and Early Islamic archaeology, the cultural and religious transformation of the Near East from Byzantine to Islamic rule, and the archaeology of desert societies in the Levant. He has conducted extensive fieldwork in the Negev Desert, Beth Guvrin, Jerusalem, and Ramla.
